The main critique I receive is that my lifestyle of 5am training, fixing my food issues without meds/therapy, training hungover, and prepping 90% of my food is not relatable or unbalanced (the correct term is actually imbalanced, but that’s another story).

To that I’ll say: fuck your balance. I have never wanted to be relatable - I want to be inspirational, meaning my content and my coaching breaks people out of their shitty routines by shocking their systems with my foul language, humor, and relentless pursuit of perfection (which does exist, btw).

Balance is for people who want to be decent at a lot of things. A jack of all trades. But the other part of that expression, the part that matters, is that you will be a master of none. And that’s diametrically opposed to how I live my life and the training I provide.

I choose to tip the scale in favor of my health, and be disproportionately intense about my training, my business (aka my clients), and building my dream physique. So if that’s not for you, fine! That’s your right. But I want to cater to the people who understand that you can have it all, just not all at once.

In 2025, the intensity we coach with is going through the roof. We want clients who show up with no excuses, ready to hustle, and who aren’t afraid to laugh at themselves as we try new things together.
