I have weighed 170 pounds and I have weighed 130 pounds. Through all that, I have tried countless things from keto, to fasting, etc. And we all know yo-yo diets don’t work.
I’ve done 75 hard twice including the entire live hard program. Do I think it’s for everyone? No. But I think it shows a level of commitment I’ve put into my health and fitness that I want to share with others. The principals of seeing yourself through, being honest with yourself, and pushing to find new limits.
In 2024 I became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. My whole goal is to help give people a real outlook on health while achieving their goals. I’m big into tough love. Yes it’s okay to give yourself some grace, but sometimes we need to take an honest look in the mirror.
